Contact & Attendance FAQ
How do I request a technical attendance?
Requests can be sent via our website form, direct email, or telephone. Please include the vessel name, IMO number, current/target location, and a brief scope of work (e.g., RISQ audit, damage survey, or pre-purchase inspection).
Does PAMS handle emergency call-outs?
Yes. We understand that maritime incidents and vetting deadlines are time-sensitive. Urgent requests are prioritized and reviewed immediately to ensure a surveyor is dispatched according to the vessel's ETA or port stay requirements.
What information is needed for a quote?
For a precise quotation, please provide the specific survey type, port of attendance, and the expected duration. For consultancy projects, such as technical oversight, a more detailed Master Scope of Work (MSOW) may be requested.
Are your services available globally?
Absolutely. While we are headquartered in the Philippines, our network of experienced surveyors and technical consultants provides global coverage across major maritime hubs in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
