Independent Maritime Expertise You Can Rely On
Professional marine surveys, inspections, audits and consultancy services delivered with accuracy, integrity and practical industry knowledge.

Led by Gregory Apostologlou, Managing Director, Mechanical Engineer, and Marine Technical Superintendent with over 26 years of international experience. PAMS provides rigorous European engineering oversight from our base in the Philippines. Our leadership personally manages complex offshore assets—from FPSO construction studies to SPM buoy inspections.

Our Conflict-Free Commitment: PAMS is a strictly technical entity. We do not engage in maritime staffing, crewing, or recruitment. We serve as the technical "eyes and ears" for shipowners and insurers, ensuring 100% unbiased reporting.
